SnowBlast 2025

January 24-26

What To Expect

SnowBlast is a winter retreat for Middle and High School students put on by Clifton Christian Church. Churches from the Grand Valley and beyond are invited to come together for a weekend of fun and edification as we grow together in relationship with Christ and each other as his disciples.

This year’s theme passage is 1 Peter 5:1-10. In this passage Peter calls disciples of Jesus to be humble, steadfast, and alert, all paramount attitudes and practices for Christians to put into practice in an increasingly hostile world. Matt Snyder, Senior Pastor of North Christian Church in Cheyenne, WY, will be our keynote speaker!

Pre-registration will be open through January 1, 2025. Everyone who registers on or before this date will receive a $10 discount! Students can still register after this date, but they will pay full price for the event.

We are looking forward to seeing you at SnowBlast 2025!

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is SnowBlast for?

SnowBlast is designed forĀ Middle and High School students.

What is the purpose of SnowBlast?

SnowBlast is designed to be relationship-forward. Students are encouraged to invite their Christian and non-Christian friends to join them for a weekend of Christ-centered learning, worship, and fun as churches from across the Grand Valley and beyond partner together.

Does my student have to ski/snowboard to participate?

No; we want SnowBlast to be an affordable option for students to enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Powderhorn, but it’s not required. Our team designs activities for our non-mountain bound students to enjoy.

Does my student have to stay at the hotel?

No; however, we encourage all students regardless of location to stay overnight at the hotel during the event. This simplifies logistics as well as provides more relational opportunities. Discounts are not offered to any registrants who choose not stay at the hotel.

Where will SnowBlast be held?

We will again be hosting registration and our Main Sessions in the gym at Clifton Christian Church. All participants will be staying at the Doubltree by Hilton in Grand Junction, CO.
