Times:

  • Saturday Evenings – 6:08 p.m. – Contemporary
  • Sunday Morning – 9:00 a.m. – Traditional
  • Sunday Afternoon – 10:45 a.m. – Contemporary
  • Spanish Speaking

What should I expect?

Services at Clifton Christian Church typically last between 60 and 90 minutes and follow this format:

  1. Opening announcements, sometimes an announcement video
  2. Some worship music: Sunday mornings are traditional, Sunday afternoons and Saturday nights are contemporary
  3. Prayer time
  4. The message, usually given by one of the senior leadership team
  5. A song of invitation during which you are welcome to come up front for secial prayer or to confess Jesus as your Savior
  6. Communion
  7. Offering
  8. Closing Song

What should I wear?

All services at Clifton Christian Church are casual dress. We strive to welcome you as you are!

What about my children?

Children's Church is offered during Saturday night service as well as both Sunday morning services. We have nursery, preschool program, and children's classes up through the 5th grade. Children who go to the nursery and preschool program can be checked in before service starts and then picked up after service is over. Children ages K-5th grade attend praise and worship with their families in service and then are released to go to their classes.

A class for middle school students is provided during the 9:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. services.

Can I take communion?

Communion is served at all services and all who believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord, the Son of God, are welcome to participate.

What about Baptisms

At the end of some services you may be blessed to see a baptism. We practice full emersion baptism at Clifton Christian Church. Baptisms are usually performed at the end of the service.

What is your sanctuary like?

Clifton Christian Church has a modern sanctuary. There are padded chairs arranged in rows facing a raised platform where services take place. Music lyrics and sometimes videos are projected on two large video screens on each side of the platform.

Saturday Evenings – 6:08 p.m.

The Saturday evening service follows the same format as the other services. The music is on the contemporary side and is lead by a praise and worship team (band). There is a Soda Bar before the service so come early!

Sunday Mornings – 9:00 a.m., 10:45 a.m.

The Sunday morning services are the most traditional services at Clifton Christian Church. They follow the same format however the songs are more traditional. Hymns are lead by the choir directory. Some Sundays the choir performs. Cookies and other sweets as well as hot and cold beverages are served before and after the service.

Sunday Afternoons – 10:45 p.m.

The Sunday afternoon services have contemporary music and follow the same format as the other services. Cookies and other sweets as well as hot and cold beverages are served before the service so come early.
